Lime & rum cocktail a la Tania



This refreshing drink, with lime, mint and sugar, sets the mood for the meal ahead - with a little rum to spice things up.

Octopus salad a la Nikolai



Nick made this superb recipe on the 26th december (boxing day) and i loved it!!





Wash and cut the baby octopus. Preheat a barbecue or frying pan until hot. Cook the octopus for 1 to 2 minutes each side.



Wash and cut your greens. Start preparing the octopus salad dressing.
