Sunday shoot with Michael, Randy Rancid & Bryant Wells



Bryant Wells, Head Chef/ Owner of Tukka Restaurant.







Michael - video recording/sound/photo & myself - who was honored by his invitation - to have fun shooting the event.



We, got together in West End last Sunday - to promote - Tukka: Modern Australian Restaurant in West End & record a Guest Appearance for a US based cooking show on the iFood.tv network.



TUKKA - A unic specialised restaurant for native ingredients from Australia's bountiful countryside, oceans and bays - it combines native herbs/spice/fruit/veggies - to produce an internationally recognized gourmet cuisine.



Bryant Wells - was kind to share his recipe and knowledge with a Guest Appearance - and we were indulged into multiple flavors - a fusion of senses.



Step by step to a "Seared sous vide Crocodile" - with a celeriac and fennel remoulade - pear and caramelised onion.































Thanks Bryan - for the scrumptious food beautifully presented & the great service - sure to come back!

Quiet Friday out with the BFF



With the changing season, we can feel Autumn finally!!!!!





We started with, an Asian/Australian fusion new restaurant in the CBD, Japanese soup and green tea, to warm up for the coldish night.

Easter Sunday lunch with family

Like any celebration - Easter is all about getting together with your favourite people and having a good time - my favourite part is getting together with my family and relatives and having a good time.



The menu - a la carte Easter Sunday - by Sid & Ana - features Australian/Portuguese/Hungarian tastes including sensational roasted vegetables, seafood, pork and pistachio terrine, roast lamb, home made bread, triple choc cheesecake and Beigli.

It's a Portuguese tradition during Easter, for godsons offer a bunch of flowers to godmothers, who returns by offering a gift, a celebration of friendship and reconciliation
