Sunday shoot with Michael, Randy Rancid & Bryant Wells

Bryant Wells, Head Chef/ Owner of Tukka Restaurant.

Michael - video recording/sound/photo & myself - who was honored by his invitation - to have fun shooting the event.

We, got together in West End last Sunday - to promote - Tukka: Modern Australian Restaurant in West End & record a Guest Appearance for a US based cooking show on the iFood.tv network.

TUKKA - A unic specialised restaurant for native ingredients from Australia's bountiful countryside, oceans and bays - it combines native herbs/spice/fruit/veggies - to produce an internationally recognized gourmet cuisine.

Bryant Wells - was kind to share his recipe and knowledge with a Guest Appearance - and we were indulged into multiple flavors - a fusion of senses.

Step by step to a "Seared sous vide Crocodile" - with a celeriac and fennel remoulade - pear and caramelised onion.

Thanks Bryan - for the scrumptious food beautifully presented & the great service - sure to come back!

If you are in Brisbane - feel free to pop up - for a glass of excellent wine & scrumptious food or to practice your creative powers & learn with Bryants Cooking classes.

Members: Randy Rancid (vocals and guitar), Bones McGee (bass), Victor Vomit (percussion)

Two free albums available at The Vegas Rhythm Kings - 3rd album releasing in the next few months.
