Miram Makeba n'est plus... une très très grande dame de la musique africaine s'en est allé. Voici en hommage à celle qu'on appellait affectueusement "mama africa", un extrait rare d'un concert lors de son exil en Guinée Conakry, pendant le Festival National de 1973.

Ses mélodies chantent la tolérance et la paix. Elle est devenue le symbole de la lutte anti-apartheid. Dans ses chansons, pas d'amertume mais une dignité à toute épreuve.
